    I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER, BACKORDER, RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    When you place an order with Shop Kokomo Unlimited, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please retain this email for your records. For your convenience, registered shoppers can easily check the status of any order using the Order History feature under My Account. To check your order status now, click here. Additional emails will be sent to you as your item(s) ship, including back-ordered items.

    WHAT IF AN ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE OR BACKORDERED?

    While we strive to fulfill every order in full, some items may occasionally become unavailable. As you shop, you’ll see each item’s availability before adding it to your bag. Love it but not ready—or it's sold out?  Click the red circled star icon () on any item to add it to your Wishlist. If your size is sold out, you’ll be notified by email when it’s back in stock. We’ll also alert you if something you saved is almost sold out—so you never miss a chance to make it yours.

    I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT ONE ITEM WAS MISSING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    If you received your order and an item is missing (not on backorder), please contact us help@shopkokomounlimited.com for further assistance.

    HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Due to the quick processing time in our distribution center, we are often unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted. Please contact us help@shopkokomounlimited.com and we will make every effort to assist you.

    MY ORDER STATUS IS "IN PROGRESS". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

    Your order is in the process of being fulfilled and shipped but has not yet received a tracking number. Changes to your order cannot be made once your order is In Progress. We will gladly accept your return and provide an exchange in accordance with our Return/Exchange Policy.

    I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE MY SIZE OR COLOR AVAILABLE. DO YOU EXPECT TO HAVE IT BACK IN STOCK?

    While some styles are limited edition, others may be restocked. We recommend clicking the red circled star icon()  on the item to add it to your Wishlist. If your desired size or color becomes available again, you’ll receive an email notification the moment it’s back in stock. It’s the easiest way to stay connected to the pieces you love—without missing out.

    IS IT POSSIBLE TO SAVE ITEMS IN MY SHOPPING BAG?

    You can save items in your cart if you are logged into our website. Please note this does not reserve your merchandise. Due to the limited availability and unique nature of our merchandise, we do not recommend holding items in your bag for more than a few hours. If an item sells out, it will automatically be updated in your shopping bag.

    CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

    HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?

    Gift Cards may be redeemed online. To redeem online, please have your gift card available, as you will need to input the card number and pin during the checkout process.

    WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

    Your credit card will be authorized and charged for the entire order amount at purchase, including the total shipping and handling charge

    MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED, BUT THE CHARGE IS SHOWING ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. WHAT HAPPENED?

    The transaction appearing on your card account is a pre-authorization hold. It is not a charge; however, your card company may temporarily hold those funds. Your card may have declined for several reasons. Please contact your credit card company to release any pending holds from Shop Kokomo Unlimited.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

    Typically, orders for in-stock merchandise placed Monday-Friday by 12 PM EST will ship out on the same business day, pending no unexpected delays. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, and after 12 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

    HOW DO I SEARCH FOR AN ITEM THAT I CAN’T FIND?

    You can either enter the item number from your catalog into the search box at the top-right of the screen.

    HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMO CODE?

    To redeem an advertised promotion, please enter the code in the Promo Code field at checkout.

    WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

    ALL SALES FINAL.  Returns/exchanged merchandise must be in original and saleable condition and must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please view our full Return Policy for details.

    Merchandise marked Final Sale is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged.

    WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS?

    The shipping address is where you would like the order shipped. The billing address is the address on file with your credit card company.

    WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS AND HOW ARE THEY CALCULATED?

    Domestic shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the weight of your items, your shipping zip code (or international destination), selected delivery method, and whether you choose to add insurance. You’ll see all available options and pricing before completing your purchase.

    International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, weight, and selected service. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days (non-holiday). Please note that deliveries to PO Boxes may only ship Standard and can take up to 7 days to arrive.

    CAN I EXPEDITE SHIPPING?

    Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Simply select your preferred delivery speed, and the shipping cost will adjust accordingly based on your location and order weight.

    HOW DO I FIGURE OUT SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

    Taxes are based on the order's ship-to address.

    IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

    AM I REQUIRED TO SIGN IN?

    Shop Kokomo Unlimited does not require you to be registered or to sign in to purchase on our website. We strongly recommend creating an account online to enjoy all the great benefits, but we welcome guest shopping. Visit the Sign In/Create an account link at the top of any page, then follow prompts to sign in or register with us.

    GENERAL QUESTIONS

    I NO LONGER WISH TO RECEIVE EMAILS. HOW CAN I HAVE MY NAME REMOVED FROM THE EMAIL LIST?

    Please let us know your preferences if you do not wish to be contacted via email, direct mail, or telephone. Please provide your exact name and postal or email address so we can identify you accurately. You may also unsubscribe from our email by using the link provided at the bottom of each email or HERE. If you ask to be removed from marketing lists, we will maintain you on a "do not contact" list to ensure we continue honoring your request. It may take up to 10 days to process your request. It may take 6-8 weeks to process your "do not mail" request because mailings are planned in advance. If you purchase online, we will continue to confirm your order and shipment status via email, postal address, or telephone.     Returns & Exchanges

    EASY 10-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    We want you to love everything you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy online returns and exchanges within 10 days of shipment date, excluding clearance items marked as Final Sale. All returns will have a $15 return postage charge that will be deducted from your merchandise credit.

    Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original and saleable condition and must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All items must have original tags in place. If you would like to make a return or exchange an item for a different size, please process the request here at LoopReturns

    Please place a new order once your merchandise credit has been applied to your gift card. Regular shipping fees apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Any item deemed defective by Shop Kokomo Unlimited (after reviewing with the customer) may also be returned within 10 days of shipment.

    If returning a gift item, please note that the return will be refunded as a merchandise credit. 

    International orders are not able to be returned at this time. Please contact our Customer Service by email help@shopkokomounlimited.com for further assistance. 

    For all missing items, lost and damaged packages, please file a claim in our loop returns portal.

    FINAL SALE

    Clearance items marked as Final Sale and altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

    Promotions and coupons cannot be applied to previously placed purchases. Previously placed orders with a coupon or promotion applied are also ineligible for additional discounts.

    RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

    To begin your online return or exchange, log in to your account and click on “My Orders.”

    Follow the steps online to complete your return. 

    • Print your shipping label and packing slip. Cut along the guideline.
    • Pack your return securely along with the packing slip either in the original packaging or your own packaging.
    • Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
    • Bring your package to a nearby drop-off location.
    • Once shipped, you can track your return package using the link provided in your email. 

    If you have chosen to present a QR code, please present this to your chosen drop-off location. 

    Please note that we do not process returns at our corporate office or sales center. Returns shipped to our corporate office or sales center may result in a shipping fee, or items may be returned to you at your expense. Items returned to us that are outside our return policy will not be accepted and refused shipment.

    Gift cards are an easy and instant way to share Shop Kokomo Unlimited with friends and family.

    You may purchase a Gift Card here online and you may purchase multiple Gift Cards in the same order on the website.

    Gift cards never expire and are not reloadable. Gift Cards can be used to pay for all items on an order and can be combined with other payment methods. Gift cards can be used in combination with promotional offers and codes. Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card and are not redeemable in cash.

    Lost or stolen Gift Cards will only be replaced with proof of purchase and only for the value shown on our records.

    We take the guesswork out of choosing the right size. If you are unsure of exactly which size to order, there are a few steps you can follow to help ensure the best fit.

    • When selecting your size, it is important to note our Shop Kokomo Unlimited sizes may differ in the sizes you wear from other brands. Use our size ranges to help determine which sizing will work best for you based on the numeric equivalents provided here and on product pages. Specifically: S(4-6), M(8-10), L(12-14), XL(16-18).
    • We also note when an item may run small/big or if you are between sizes, with direction to order a smaller or larger size.
    • We offer to assist with size selection by using your measurements, shape, and what you wear in other brands to find the right Shop Kokomo Unlimited size for you. Simply click on FIND MY SIZE next to the ruler icon below the select size options on any product page.

    MEASURING FOR THE PERFECT SIZE

    Wearing a bra and panties, place the measuring tape comfortably around the bust, waist and hips. To determine the most accurate measurements, ensure that the tape is placed evenly around and parallel to the floor.

    • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the bust, arms relaxed at your side.
    • Waist: Measure around waist smallest point with tape slightly loosened for comfort.
    • Hips: With feet together, measure around the fullest part of hip and rear, usually 7" - 9" below the waist.
    • Inseam: Measure a similar style of pants that fit well. Measure from the crotch seam to the hem.
    • Length: Lengths are measured at the front, starting from where the shoulder meets the neck.
